I am loading based on posting date for one calendar month. I should load 2.5 million records but I'm only getting 10,000 records.

Its a corporate decision. Things will move to CM Services then CTS and then ChaRM and hence to a central NWDI and hence the migration and hence the this discussion on migration. 
We understand that to implement CTS+ the same instance if runs NWDI and DEV cannot be configured for CM Services. So we needed some help on the aproach.
Now we are upgrading our central NWDI SLD content to support 7.31 runtime systems. We would create CTS Dev Conf and migration the other Applicatino from local NWDI to central NWDI.
Any lookouts?

For example : if PRDID attribute part of Master data PRODUCT, PRDID can't be used again in master data object in a given planning area...

Add/Delete Ship to Party for a Customer
Dear Experts,
We have requirement that we need to develop a program to add/delete more Ship to Party to a Customer.
I thought we can achieve this by using BDC for tcode XD02 but may not be appropriate as we add or delete ship to party only by passing index number to table control of partner functions, this may not be 100% perfect in all the cases as we add or delete based on only index.
Please let me know if any one know on how to achieve this in more appropriate way, please also let me know if we have any BAPI or Function Module.
Currently our SAP version is 4.7e.

Re: SNP Heuristic run Planned order date at begining, middle or end of month bucket
Hi Lingaiah,
If using 0 in product master period factor is not creating planned order in the start of the month. Please check your period factor in the PDS, if a period factor is maintained there, then SNP heuristic consider that first and product master period factor is ignored.
Note: If there is no period factor maintained, the system uses 0.5 as default.

Aasish, Thanks for the reply. In the Taxes on Purchases/Sales, I have configured 2 tax codes (O1 & O2). O1 has taxes Excise duty, Cess & VAT, whereas O2 has Excise, Cess & CST).
Now configuring condition type for tax VAT using VK11 using key combination Plan/Region/Delivery PLant REgion/ etc, I have entered the tax code as O1.
What is Tax code acting as here? I know it is not retrieving any tax rates mentioned in Taxes on Sales/Purhases section as I have maintained same Account Keys in both the areas but condition types are different....
If I am defining condition type for Excise, what is the tax code I have mention here.. Will it be O1 or O2?

1) Package which you're trying to assign may not exist.
2) You're not allowed to save config. into request as no task might be assigned to you.
Check the same and revert.
