The <<password>> SDML will only work during Login screens.
If you are tryng to bring in the password for "E-sig" on the client there is a type called "Password Validation" which will have the user enter in the password and the client will compare it to the saved password. This field should also be masked so the password isn't seen.
But there the username, there is a Rule function under "System" called "USERID" which will return the current users ID.

abap2xlsx is not an addon, so you do not need SAP Basis to install components, but is just a collection of classes that a developer can install easily.

Afaria offers customized alerts but they're mapped to custom events which are fired from Session policies through a worklist event in the channel. So you could create a channel that may evaluate a database field or run a VBScript to do more complex checks and then use the "Raise event" entry to fire the associate event, triggering the alarm.
This requires a client that supports Session policies which would be Win32, Windows Mobile, WinCE and Android. To get a regular schedule on this, however, you could create a Win32 client that's linked to the policy and is scheduled to run it every X minutes.
So it's theoretically possible but would take a good bit of research to identify what you could use to evaluate the failed logins and then build the scripting to raise the event.

I need to understand the condition where 02 is defined and output device is also defined.
And with 02 ,if you are defining "output Device".....then I understand that at first place it will give to the priority to the printer defined in "spool parameter for user" and secondly to the output device defined in printer specification. OR the printer defined in output device column will bypass the 02 and the print would come from output device.??

I work for an Indian based MNC as a SAP PI/PO expert from past 6 years .For one of the immediate client requirement (support role) @Client location(USA) ,I'm asked to switch over to SAP SCM APO .They are not forcing me to switch over .They left option open to me .They said they will provide relevant KT on SCM .
I'm in dilemma what to do .Could you please suggest as early as possible.
1)What is the market share for SAP SCM product when compared to other SCM vendors like oracle ?
2)How much time does it take to settle down ?
3)Is it recommended ? because I don't have ABAP knowledge,but I'm having strong base in Core Java Development.

did you pass parameter to FUNCTION 'SO_NEW_DOCUMENT_ATT_SEND_API1' as

with more than 1 line in table lt_contents_txt (TYPE srm_t_solisti1)?

This error is expected.
As per your Pricing procedure, you have made the ZOMS as statistica but still it impacts the net value.
If you make a condition type as statistical , it doesn't get posted in to the GL accounts but it impacts the net value.
To resolve this error - after ZOMS condition type add one more step which is a text one there assign a customised routine to clear that value from the Net Value by taking help from the Developer.

I assume who have a layer of DSOs to store Goods Movement Data. How do you perform House Keeping activities while using this approach? For example, you need to keep rolling three years of data in the Goods Movement DSOs (i.e. delete the Goods Movement Records older than 3 years). In BX+BF Non Cumulative KF approach, we need to re initialize the stock, calculate the opening balance again and let the delta flow in for the new year from BF. This process requires the not so quite "quite time". How would you handle this type of house keeping in BF/UM only Cumulative KF approach?

Hi, when the maximun number of the withholding tax certificate numbering group (interrval) was reached, the counter was reset to the initial number of the interval (I supposed because there was no other interval to use), so I have record with withholding tax certificate number duplicated in the WITH_ITEM-CTNUMBER field .
I created another interval, but I want to update CTNUMBER field of last records with the counter of the new interval, how can I do this?
Another question: how can I avoid it in the future (This is counter reset to interval's low value, when a new interval is missing)?

If you want to allow user to select the member of TYPE dimension you can:
1. Create the static report with TYPE member delivered by formula.
2. Use EPMSaveData with TYPE dimension member linked to some cell with user entry.
3. Complex badi to copy data after save to the TYPE dimension member stored in comment table.
