You're right, these FMs are unreleased FMs that intent to change orders in liveCache directly. You must be very familiar with input information to use them. They're not supported by SAP to be used in customizing program.
You can try BAPI_POSRVAPS_GETLIST3 and BAPI_POSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI3.

Pls note that we have ABAP SSFS configured both for BRTOOLS and for DB Connect ,completely eliminated OPS$ CONNECT. SAP Works fine by using SSFS.I am able to execute BRTOOLS using sidadm and orasid from OS but it doesnt work from DB13 at SAP
As per note 1764043 - Support for secure storage in BR*Tools the file system are as below

Do product costing in 2 different ledgers, EG the cost of depreciation in 1 ledger is different from the other?
Do you want to implement the COGM bussiness function for multiple valuations?

Thanks for your code and suggestion. I will try this. As regards point no. 2, we really don't want to create any projection views in HANA directly else it will add to dependencies in ABAP developments. The AMDP transports would also then require corresponding HANA transports...
In a typical Enterprise Data Warehouse, such multi schema scenario would surely exist. I am just expecting a way to manage such requirements and have all developments wrapped with-in ABAP code.

Unable to access PO Trial Version
"Instance of SAP BPM and Operational Process Intelligence on SAP HANA Trial"
I have created the above instance. Once I activate it in cal.sap.com...how do I go about accessing PO and start doing development in it?
I am trying to access http://external_ip:50000/bpminbox and http://:/nwa/sysinfo urls but both return an error 'This page can't be displayed'. I tried from both company and personal laptop to rule out firewall issues.
Please advice.

I have been following this thread for a while and had to re-read it a couple of times in order to understand what was the initial issue, the fixes applied, solutions discarded, etc...

So I guess that means you managed to get rid of the message "License is required for country US SG IN (see log)" but you are still facing the issue that your document is still blocked. Correct ?
If the message has disappeared, then 50% of your issue is solved. Correct ? 
I don't know if the document is still blocked due to the original issue (that you solved by adding partner group PGLDT2) or due to another reason.
Do you mind sharing a screen shot of the compliance log you are now having for your blocked document ?
As well, does the document show up in the blocked documents report or you think it is blocked because you have a red traffic-light in the compliance log ?

Addon is connected but error while starting -
Dear Experts, We have developed an Add-on which is connecting to the database and it throws up the while starting. There are two servers - Database and license server. We are connecting through Citrix . Add on works on the SQL server but not on the Citrix. We are not sure what is the problem. Please guide.

WBS Elements select using tables
Hi Experts,
I want to fetch WBS elements Hierarchy and i used F.M BBP_PS_PROJECT_GET_LIST TO GET.
But bad thing is my performance is getting effected as i am having 20,000+ WBS to fetch data.
Instead of looping F.M can any one suggest hoe to get in a single select using tables.
