Hello Siva,

We have followed the instruction given by MASA but unfortunately it did not work for us. And one more thing is that once we save and build our custom theme, why the particular custom page could not be seen again as we come back to the custom theme application section?

 

We are still facing issue for changing the Logo. we have exactly followed what you have mentioned in the link provided.

  Hi Experts,

I developeda reportWebIntelligence4.1 SP5andgot the followingerror:

 

In the reportwehave ahierarchy createdinBEXdisplayedin the reportusingOLAPconnections,as shownin the attached image:

This hierarchycan be deployedmanuallygivingclickon the "+" symbolwithout majorproblems.

 

The problem comes whenwedoa breakdownby selecting"Hierarchical Navigation" + "Expansion predetermined level" and select level 4,forexample:

Removing sidadm from Unix DBA group

After initial sap installation on Oracle unix platform, We want to remove <sid>adm OS user from OS dba group due to seperation of duties between DBA and Basis team

 

All core DBA tasks(backups, restores, binary install, patching, upgrades, stats gather are performed by ora<sid> user.

 

Is there any technical reason/issue with <sid>adm being removed from OS dba group? Has anyone implemented this already?

Hello Shyam,

I think the library-preload.json lib file is not causing your blank page issue, i am also getting the same error at the page load and everything is working great for me. But i might be wrong in your case.

 

And, about the URL redirection, it is redirected to .../defaults page.

 

a) Please check if you are seeing any error's in NW gateway /IWFND/ERROR_LOG

b) Have you applied any OSS Notes in the system?

c) Before this issue, have you created any SC's using the UI?

 

Also, open a message with SAP to avoid any delay in fixing the issue.

Thanks for you proposal, but i think that you are caculating the range already in your code.

because i see the instructions low and high.

me i would like just that the variable contains the last date of the month not all the range.

Am i right?

Hi Indrajith,

 

If you are talking about Launchpad then you will need to go down the route of using SMP 3 with Fiori client. The Offline Kapsel plugin is used to achieve offline capability. There's plenty of good blogs around the Kapsel, please check those out to help you.

Workflow Email Content Language - SRM 7 - Concern after upgrade

Dear Team,

 

Upon our upgrade from SRM 5 to 7 EHP 2, We are able facing a concern in the workflow email content where the email is being sent in German language for all the users correspondence language is unknown in the business partner record


Upon further checking the specific workflow task, we are able to see that the translation is being maintained properly for all the languages and we are able to see that the email content language is being picked up from the business partner correspondence language.

 

Hence we are wondering how the same has been achieved in SRM 5 where the email content has been sent in English language when the user's business partner correspondence language is unknown.

 

Could you please help me in providing a pointer where these conditions can be defined which will help us in our resolution. Thanks in advance for your help.

Sounds like your Branch 1 & 2 are actually 2 different companies within B1 server. If that is true, it may only be done through AP/AR transaction.

HANA UNX is NOT a supported Universe source for DS 1.4 as per the user guide.

 

For HANA it will be better to use an OLAP connection and consume the view direct in DS rather than using UNX.

Yes, it's true. You see it when we run SQL query and does not show in UI. It's one of the column in OACT table (AcctCode). Please see the image of Chart of Accounts.

Hi Marco,

 

First of all, you should use the LIST_ATS component, if it is available in your system. You need to tpo make changes in the methods GET_DEFINITION and GET_DEFAULT_CONFIG of your feeder class.
