compatibility issue between SAP BW BEx3.5 and Office 365
Currently we are using SAP BW Bex 3.5 with office 2010 and SAPGUI 720, in current environment all works fine. We have migrated our office 2010 to office 2013. Once migrated the ms office 2013 bex reports are giving error.
.IfPlease give an alternate solution if any to work with current environment(BEx 3.5, SAPGUI 720 with MS office 2013)?
B BEx 3.5, it is included until SAP GUI 7.20 package which is out of SAP Maintenance from April 2013. After April 2013 Customer Specific maintenance is possible with SAP.Still I haven’t got specific information with office 365 compatibility with SAP GUI 7.20. if there is an alternate please confirm.
SAP Note 722513 indicates office 365 is supported by SAP GUI 730. It is possible to use BEx 3.5 combination with SAP GUI 730 unless we go with Customer specific SAP maintenance.

I have 2 down payment requests in 2 different systems. In one system i am approving as DP processor and the documents get automatically posted and in other system after approving it is going to AP processor to process and post the document.
Please advice what could be reason for difference in functionality.
I have checked the codes in both systems they seems to be same in both the systems.

I tried to do the deletion of entry types and it just gone worse, I lost my access in the IDM UI. 
Do we have a working documentation (maybe a blog, write up etc..) about the transport procedure in the forum site which is based on actual experience? Thanks!

Capturing of Batch characteristics in PO
Hi All,
At the time PO creation for indicating to vendor we are maintaining Vendor wise material specifications, presently data maintaining in PO under Text field,
Now client want some standard fields for capturing specification (instead of writing in Text field) in PO screen, for this we created material master with class and characteristics, when we creating PO system giving option for maintaining Batch number only and not displaying classification field,
please help on for capturing specification and it should be print on PO, if have any other option to maintain specification please share it.

Adding specific actions to ZMIN_STD in transaction CRM_UI
Hello SAP Solution Manager Experts,
My requirement is to add some spécific actions in CRM_UI.
For example i want to add "E-mail to responsible user" functionality under the action "E-mail à l'auteur du message".
I have created an action ZMIN_STD_MAIL_UTIL_RESP in the action profile ZMIN_STD with the configuration below. This new functionality is not seen in CRM_UI mode as you can see in the above print screen. Please note that i am using the ZMIN transaction type (A copy of the SMIN transaction type). Can you guide me where i went wrong?

If I enter the start date 24.06.2015 that means I want to call the maintenance object for last week and system should generate first call on 25.06.2015,26.06.2015,27.06.2015 like that but system generate first call on 30.06.2015.please see below scheduling

Glad it is now working.
I think you will be able to use TLS 1.2 when SP09 SDK is released. It may still not be supported though if you are using an older Android device possibly Android 4.2 or older if I remember correctly.

after I add the RegEx id in admin_ui like:

to
...GUI__COMMON__
And I recreate a new flavor for tesing. But how I can refer to the new id?
Say the ori id in Personas is ..GUI0013/....
Then I should in my script use id like ..GUI__COMMON__/..., is this correct? But whay I got "control not found "error? Thanks.
