My Company has future desires of having SAP RD. We are using non SAP formulation system. Now we want to implement PDM. So I am confused here. Let’s assume we don't have CAD files and all and my data can be managed easily by SAP EHS basic data and tools. For simple documentation and all, we have DMS. So if its about data management and single source of truth IDEA, what extra benefit PDM can give me.

If I understand you correctly, you cant delete a package from the SCC or from the eclipse workspace.
Can you check the SCC logs under <install-dir>\SCC-3_2\log for errors. Look at the gateway and possibly the agent and repository logs.
Also set MMS and Cluster to DEBUG in the SCC for the server and try to delete the package again to see what errors are reported in the server logs.

I found the solution.
The pagefile was too small.
After the reboot the system came up.

Please let me know what is the current SP pack for GRC. In few SP, there are performance issues for Action usage sync job and few notes released by SAP for this.
Also try running the action usage first in full mode and then in incremental mode to see if the data is getting populate in the backend tables.

1) In SLD for Technical System and Business systems of type ABAP we will use the same RZ70 from ECC approach to Change the Business system name during imports in new SAP PO system. I think same approach will be used here as well?
I meant, if you change the Business system name, then the existing proxy interfaces in PI 7.1 will be affected. Because the proxy setup will be same for both the systems. Hence suggested to use the same Business system name of ECC system.
2) As we are migrating from SAP PI 7.1 to SAP PO 7.4 we don't need to change the code for Java mappings and Custom modules. Just need to re-deploy? Please clarify this.
AFAIK, there is no code change required, but recompilation is required as the java versions will be different.
3) For converting ccBPM into BPM Where I will get the Integration pattern for standard BPM as mentioned by Nitin. Please clarify.

I am trying to setup a demo for SAP hybris Marketing (f.k.a. customer engagement intelligence). Therefor I also want to use campaign automation with email execution. According to the installation and configuration guide chapter "Setting up the Email Service Provider" the Amazon Service for Emails, Notifications and Queues are required as a prerequisite. Since we don't want to use a cloud application, I wanted to ask if there are other alternatives such as a local email server for example.
Does anyone has some experience to share on that topic. Any comment is much appreciated.

I'm aware that we can use material to material transfer (mvt type 309) process to downgrade a material, but here the quantity will not be varying, meaning, if i transfer 2 MT from material A to material B, material B will be receiving the same quantity i.e. 2 MT. But how can we capture increase / decrease of quantity while downgrading?

From SAP perspective, you can consider as a storage location but from Business point of view, how you would consider tax and duties.
As you said, let us assume, you transfer goods from Mumbai to Delhi from where, actual sales should happen if I am correct. So while actual sales happen from Delhi, you need to levy tax and duties prevailing in Delhi and not Mumbai in which case, considering as a storage location will not serve your purpose

No, if you reject only the ones in error then you can post the others, and the ones that you have rejected will be changed back to Trip Approved / Settle.
