Record type "I" is related to project related incoming orders. Data will be posted to COPA on record type "I" when WBS is setteled using CJ88 using processing type "Project related incoming orders"

Guys, manage to solve the issue. Change the semantic grouping as 0CALYEAR,0REPTT,0UNIT & EMPLOYEE.

It seems after execution of the BAPI, directly you are going to display the data into the PDF format.
After execution of the BAPI, write the
int netSale = wdContent.----.getnetSale()
print the netsalevalue
if (netSale ==0 ) {
“Display data is not found”
}else
{
// write the code for display the data into PDF
}

yes, you have to do WSR with 7 days working with-out OFF day, because if you WSR is having OFF day and you are maintaining Substitution for that day payroll will not consider to pay for that day.
If you have different substitution types according to the PA/PSA/EG/ESG/WSR/PWS, you can default substitution sub-type with the help of feature VTART (pe03)

This is most likely a tenant-specific issue. Fine-tuning activity for "Division" is merely a code-list mapping activity and should show up under "All Activities" for "Sales" Activity Group irrespective of any other scoping selections.
In case you're still facing the issue, I would encourage you to create an incident from within your tenant. Someone from SAPs support team can analyze this seemingly tenant specific issue.

QP02 is Standard transaction. With CA98 also it is same effect which will keep mark a plan for deletion.
You were asking for deletion of plans, hence you got some answers on it...
Generally speaking: if you put the deletion flag on it (and maybe a status that prevents usage) this is totally sufficient. You then can later on still archive the plan if required.

BAPI_PO_CHANGE is to modify the PO, but where as you are looking for field which are from MSEG table. Can you please explain the requirement?
Because with GRN document & movement type as input parameter you can not access PO using BAPI_PO_CHANGE.
