SmartForm is used for displaying the data and edit button for edit but Update button is not available currently. so for create Sales order use Simple form.

Can you tell me your scenario of calculating the capacity? I mean are you using capacity calculation at work centre level or the individual HR person level?If you are using work centre level based capacity then you run /MRSS/SGE_PN_MNT to transfer the work center capacity to MRS. Also can you please explain what you do mean by get the capacity assigned to teams? You mean how to check the capacity on a planning node?Or something else?
However if run this report /MRSS/CAPACITY_REP system displays the total capacity and the free capacity based on the human resources transferred and demand work. System also displays the total demand separately and calculates further details related to the total demand.

Ad 1) I am not aware of such possibility - CCtr can record voicemail messages (described here: Recording and Activating New Voicemail Greetings - Communication Desktop (CDT) - SAP Library ) but for prompts, I believe you should always record the prompt in better resolution and then convert - before conversion, you can use audio filters to remove background noise, adjust volume level etc. What problems do you have exactly with Audacity?
Ad 2) there are basically 2 ways to schedule IVR. I would suggest to create one IVR, who's task would be only to branch incoming calls based on closing/opening:
datetime.datetime.now().strftime("%H:%M")>"07:00" or datetime.datetime.now().strftime("%H:%M")<"19:00"
will be true for call center opening time 07:00 - 19:00. More about how to fetch and evaluate time data find here: Data Items and Queries - SAP Contact Center - SAP Library .
This is quite straightforward but you have to manually maintain holidays or other exceptions.
OR
2. Reuse queue schedules. Simply create a dummy queue without agents and assign your desired schedule to it. Then, in your time evaluation IVR, use the condition:
QUEUE.QUERY("[number of your dummy queue]","Que_ServiceOpen") == 1
to query whether the dummy queue is open according to its schedule. Maybe you can avoid assigning line number to the dummy queue and refer directly to the ID of the queue using intGUID(Queue ID) but I did not test this.

From all your screen shots, it seems you were trying to run a process chain to upload data to BPC, but prior to load data to BPC you were trying to load data to PSA from a flat file stored in server (AL11).
As per the rule, when prior to load data from a flat file to either a PSA or BPC Cube, we have to close that flat file (Means it should not be open mode).
I think, at the time of 1st and 2nd instances, your file was open at the time of to running the Package, but in the 3rd instances, it was closed.So it worked.

I have tested your scenario in my system as below,
When we do the technical completion of a work order it will delete requirement assignment tab.
Also when we cancel technical completion it will bring back the requirement assignment tab back to the work order. I didn't find any glitch in this request you to please recheck it once again.

'Over the Counter Sales' details are available only in Outbound Delivery Items data source and not in any other data source. We tested the same and we were able to pull the correct information:

AFAIK, it is not possible using standard modules. Custom module is resource/effort intensive than Java Mapping.

You mentioned that you have determined the program and screen number on the IDES system. What might those be? I do not think that this is a standard IT0000 screen, more like a SAP50*** type screen for the management of the initial hire action. That information might give more clues on how to research this issue.

The Software is SAP BW.
But people who are into SAP BW are moving to HANA as its in more demand now. Combination of BW and HANA also adds value.
In HANA there is Modeling for Data Analysis which I believe would be suitable for you.
Or you can go for SAP Fiori and SAP UI5 which are also in demand now.
You can check the videos in Youtube and you will get an overview idea regarding these and then you can jump on the one which you like the most.

Does your material have a batch classification 022 or 023?
Do your existing batches have a batch classification?
FIFO is usually based on GR date, not on the batch number itself and not on shelf life expiration date (this is called FEFO - first expire, first out)
