I've never really understood statements like "we can't make any change to server level, thus we can't instal the software and generate the command line.". If there's a business requirement and this is the only way to meet it (economically), then you simply escalate until someone with enough authority (CEO?) says
"do it".
Anyway. Set up a server with the required software. Create a webservice to access the software on the service. Consume the webservice from SAP (search for how to do this - it's established technology).

Yes it is possible. But one split app is enough to display your information on screen.
If you want to display more information on single split app, use master, detail page concepts.

the user tried to open it through the MDG tool itself, and there is no restriction on it .
this problem only occur if the attachment is an email, other file types are open normally .
the only way that i was able to open the file is downloading it and change the extension to .MSG but this is not a practical solution

Your concern is correct .But here the DN was not PGIed nor pick -pack has taken place.
So VL09 will not come in picture, right? But i have created the new HU in OBD itself and then it got replicated back to ERP as you said above. Now the DN has completed the GI and dec.whse is confirmed.

I have an issue with contract employees that do not fall under calender year,in our case is start and end of year.
But since contract employees have individual start and end date.it cannot fall in the same year as permanent staff.
sap works fine for absence quota entitlement for permanent employees considering the rules set up for calender year,
so based on the rules, it can give 3 or 6 or 8 or 12 days entitlement .But when it comes to contract emplyoyees,it is giving wrong values
since contract employees start and end may not be start and end of year, so when we use report RPTQTA00 for absence quata generation, it
is giving wrong values since it consideration is based on calendar year that was setup in configuration.
How to set up configuration for contract employees with individual dates as calender year, like contract start date should be taken as start of date and add one year to that and should give end of date and that should be taken to calculate absene quota based on same rules that were setup for permanent emplyees,
any suggestions.

I can access the discovery service using the below url format as an xml file.
https://host:port/sap/bc/adt/discovery
when i connect from the webIDE , what would be he first part of the url?
looks like when the webIDE trying to connect to ECC , may be the tool referring the url as
http://localhost:8080/sap/bc/adt/discovery
if it refers with sap webIDE installed host name and port, the discovery service never going to load.
also, do I need to install or updates ADT tools on Eclipse/webIDE?
