Hi Experts ,
We have an employee who is hired in the last week of March - say 24.3.2013. for the employees who join in the last week of the month , we run payroll in the next month and pay arrears.
I have the constant CYFRM in v_t511k set to 1 to permit the same.
The employee's payroll is brought forward and run in April In this case since the employee has worked for one week in the month of March , will he get a conveyance exemption for that week?
For example if he is paid 300 Rs as conveyance allowance, will an exemption of 300 be given in the month of March.
If the above is correct, then how is the exemption carried forward to the next year?
In case the exemption is added , the employee gets an exemption of 1600*12 + 300 - Is this correct?
