we got it resolved after sap replied to our message.
Basically, we had two directories in /usr/sap/SID/- HDB00 and HDB00_backup which was old directory. SAP suggested to rename the HDB00_backup to backup, only after that we were able to launch HLM successfully.

Wrong date format JJJJ-MM-TT vs. TT.MM.JJJJ
Hello community.
We have upgraded our ERP from EHP3 to EHP7 (Base is 740 now).
So far everything seems to run quite well.
But we have on phenomen where we do not have a solution for right now. We already searched in the SCN and in the SAP Services but without any result.
We have an user in our order processing department with an unlogical date format. Sometimes when the user is openning a customer order in VA02 the date format looks this way: JJJJ-MM-TT.
This not the way we want it. Here is how it should look like: TT.MM.JJJJ
The problem ist that this does not happen all the time. Some time the user is opening the order and the date is correct.
Two minutes later the user is reopening the order and the date-format is wrong.
We already proofed
- country customizing
- GUI configuration
- SAP options
- user configuration
- user parameter
- authorizations
Does somebody know about a note for that problem?
Anybody facing the same problem?
Any ideas?

Hi,
As per standard, system calculate the PR qty based on your input."Child part1" is used in both of your header material with 1 to 1 ratio, so based on your header materials (A,B) requirement (100+200) and additionaly safety stock as 100, totally PR generated 400 qty."Child part 2" which is used in your header material with 1 to 1 ratio, based on material "A" requirement, it will create PR 100 since you didn't maintain any safety stock/scrap qty. But for child part1, system should be generate 430 inclusive of scrap %. For that check your scrap % value in material master as well as header material's BOM.
It's really not understandable how system will generate PR for your child part 2 as 50 qty as you mentioned in your expected output. Check the BOM ratio of header vs component.Generally system will propose the PR/Planned order based on requirement as well as maintained input values at master level like material master, bom etc.,

Configuración formato factura POS Crystal Reports
Buenas noches,
Estoy configurando un formato en Crystal Reports para una factura de venta en impresora POS, pero he tenido inconvenientes ya que no sale la información de manera continua , si no que muestra el salto de pagina y deja espacios en blanco, adicional a lo anterior el pie y el encabezado lo mostrara cada vez que cambie de pagina y no solo al inicio y al final del impreso respectivamente como debe ser?
Es por esto que acudo a su experiencia y experticia para que me brinden indicaciones de como configurar dicho formato; anexo imágenes tanto del formato impreso, como de la configuración de Crystal.

Printing text as Paragraph in SAP adobe form
Hi Experts,
I have a requirement in my adobe form to print the Notification number, shorttext and longtext as one paragraph.
Since for a single Notification, there can be multiple lines of Longtext, I have designed a nested table in SE11, where the main table contains Notification no and shortext and the nested table has the longtext.
Up to this part, everything is fine. I have the correct data with me.
But the problem arises while printing the data in the form as a PARAGRAPH.
Like smartforms, how can we create a paragraph for texts in adobe form?
And how shall I display data of a nested table in one paragraph.
Can anybody please answer this query.

I don't understand your problem.
The message have to be configure using the trans. VV32. With this transaction you could define when and how the message will be created. For invoice you have a routine that stop the message creation stil the invoice is not send to the FI module. You could also define print immediately, print on this printer, print for this kind of partner ....
when you have do this, your message will appear automatically
after that, your users have to use the VF31, and select all the invoice to be printed using the selection screen. You could enter a list of invoice, or select all the invoice in level processing 1 -> never printed.
You could also choose to print again and then select level processing 2 --> print again
that's all

FF issue in GRC 10 SP14
Hi All,
We are facing a peculiar issue in FF.
1) we are not getting a FF log summary report completely. Reason code description and activity descriptions are empty
2) Session details are empty in FF summary report but they are updated in transaction log and session details report.
3) FF IDs after November are not updating
We have gone though number of blogs and SAP suggested notes, but those are not compatible to our systems as we are in higher level.
We have earlier Time Zone sync issue. But even after correcting that no success. And even we have provided additonal authorisaiton to RFC user as suggested in some blogs. But not get the result.
In November stack upgrade happened to our GRC system.
Kindly suggest, as we unable to get master note for GRC 10 SP14 as it seems not released.
