Creation of Activities from Partners work center may be required to maintain the relationship between these two objects in Application studio.
Did you check the option to select more Roles in Activities and try to add your Partner ? again you can do this in Activities work center.

Method export parameter, debug show container updated, SWIA doesn't
Hello all,
I am modifying an existing workflow, and an existing background method. I added a new exporting parameter (Z_BLART) to the method and changed the code to populate the new exporting parameter.
swc_set_element container 'Z_BLART' v_blart .
V_blart contains financial document document type.
I added an endless loop so I could debug this method code from transaction SM50. When in the debugger I can see that the code is updating element Z_BLART with the correct value in the container
When I look at the workflow log from transaction SWIA neither the task container or the workflow container has element Z_BLART populated.
The workflow change is using the workflow container element Z_BLART in a new decision step that will take one of two paths depending on the value of the field. Since this element is never populated, the wrong path is always taken.
Z_BLART:
- method defined like BKPF-BLART, parameter - exporting
- task container definition defined like BKPF-BLART, importing & exporting
- workflow container definition defined like BKPF-BLART, importing & exporting
I have reset the buffer with transaction SWU_OBUF and logged off SAP and logged back on.
I can't see any reason why the task container parameter and the workflow container parameter are not getting updated correctly. I am no workflow expert. Having had no training, I have been tasked with taking over all of the existing workflows. The person who had workflow training, and worked at the arm of a workflow consultant for many months, and then worked on workflow for 10 years is long gone. At a very high level I know about workflow. But clearly at the detail level, where the rubber meets the record, my knowledge is sorely lacking.
Any help greatly appreciated. I have attached three screen prints that I'm hoping will be useful.

Update Another Add-Ons Table in Database?
Hello, I am using Enprise Add-On for Job Costing. This add-on adds the tables below to SAP company database. I had built an enhancements add-on for our company and fill a Matrix with data from a few joined tables in the list below.
I can't seem to be able to update any of these tables using the SAP com objects. The SAPbobsCOM.UserTable does not recognize the Enprise tables. Below is some code that I was trying. Can anyone give example on how I can accomplish this? Any help is deeply appreciated.

Yes, we have already configured the ODBC the same way you have described. We are connecting TeraData (13.10) to HANA through DS. So we now we receive the different error as follows. Here DevTera is the DSN for TeraData.
Any suggestion? Do we require to install TeraData 13.10 client (which in turn will configure ODBC for TeraData) as well on DS server?

GRC PC 10 - SAP Object Cannot Be Assigned to Package
Hello
We are trying to activate some PC Launchpad application links via LPD_CUST and I have run into a little issue with the package assignment when I go to Launchpad -> Transport. I chose the wrong namespace for the package and received the error "SAP object DOCT SAPLDG00000011000000 cannot be assigned to package ZGRC." The problem is the error message does not allow me to modify the object / namespace / package. I understand the object cannot be assigned so why wouldn't the system let me re-assign to the correct namespace/package? I've included a screen shot of the error below. Any help is appreciated.

Bar Code Scanning using SAPUI5 ?
Hello,
i want to trigger a event on button click, which will start the bar code scanner in mobile, and once the code is scanned, i need to capture the value in SAPUI5 control.
any leads in this ? please suggest.
PS : the application is not packaged in any container, like Cordova, but is accessed via mobile browser / tablet browser.
