sent leave requests in Overview of Leave

Hi,

I am facing a strange error in the QA Portal of ours. When any employee submits a leave request of any type for any no. of days, in the Overview of leave the Used column just displays as 0.00 days. But once the request is approved, the actual days are updated. Please see the below screen shot for reference:

But in PROD it's working fine. Even if the status is sent, the no. of days applied for are updated in the Used column:

I have checked all the configurations in the back end and everything seems to be fine. Can you please let me know what am I missing here?
