Hi,

at ECC Side if  source team added by manual at hierarchy then it won't come into bw side.

You need to activate your hierarchy data source at bw side later try to pull data to info object.

use program - RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL to activate data source.

one more thing at bw side, have you maintained hierarchy structure at info object level? if yes then you need to add new accounts also as per ecc.
