Just to share the resolution, the above scenario cannot be designed in one report. You simply need to merge the main report with Group ID, create a Sub-Report for Group ID having Section-wise summary. Now create shared variable, and connect sub-report's group ID with main report Group ID. Add the values from shared variable from subgroup in main-group, and there you go with the results
