Hi Red,
Regarding pop- up message: your error request was at your target level. so editing of psa was not possible.
so first delete error request at your target(DSO or Cube). at RSA1, info providers--> find your target--> right click--> request tab--> you may see recently loaded request which was failed. make red by going into monitor, technical status turn again to red and come back, At request tab select the request and delete.
Next go back to PSA, like your pic, go to 313 request, see the records and select record and click on edit, it will allow you. save and go to same dtp and retrigger it will load.
please try to change your flat file data for 0calmonth 201101 to 012011. at PSA you will get 201101. this is reverse when we load from flat file.
