Hi Prasad,

 

A) Did you try using filters in dashboard for Null or '0',

 

B) Also you can apply filter conditions for Plant and Material in dashboard, hope this should work in 4.1 SP2, either you can hardcode the filter conditions or provide them as input in realtime.

 

C) Alternate tools are BO Analysis (Analysis Edition for OLAP, or MS Excel), Design Studio, Webi and Crystal Reports.

 

D) Can consider Excel Options to increase the maximum no. of rows.
