Unknown Exception - Chanfe File

Hi Experts,

When we are creating a change file; we are getting the error "Unknown Exception". The Reference file is already existing. Below are the steps performed.

Select the Repository ->Transport-> Export Change file

After Accepting the relevant changes; the error is coming. Screenshot below.

Kindly guide regarding this.
