In our system, on change of telephone number , it get updated in ADR2 and BUT051.
In ADR2, it will update telephone number at main account level and contact person level .
but in case of email id it will update ADR6 table only at main account level.
so if ADR2 update at contact person address number, why ADR6 does not update at contact person address.
if this is standard. how can we achieve this by custom 
code.

SELINUX is not a file,it's related with OS.Could you share the output result for command
sestatus
If result enforcing try to maintain selinux under file /etc/selinux/config and change it to DISABLED or PERMISSIVE.

I thing your kernel version are not correct, because the log show two different, better you can download the kernel & DBSL patch version 7.21 from SMP. and apply and check the upgrade.

I have recorded BT header and item screens and BT has created sucessfully. Then, I have done the program and uploaded the flatfile. While uploding the flatfile, the item screens are not opening and the flat file records are not passing to the item screens. Eventhough, The internal table has contained correct records but I don't know why the records aren't passing to the item screens. What is the solution for this problem?

Report execution time is reasonable which reports are created on that cube then there is no need to create the aggregates. if more time is taking for report execution then you go for creation of aggregates.

Check whether in selection screen, any layout is specified? If so, program may pick that by default.
To me, it sounds like user specific layout problem only. Only thing, which I can think about is deleting all the layout varaints which are stored as user specific to her user id and then try again after logging off and login?

If you are using process orders or productions order then your WIP will be at actual costs. If you are using product cost collector then it will be at target costs.
