Dear All,
I have this scenario and i need your help.
I am using the Cycle for BOS with Service Entry sheet.
for example :
I have one line item with multiple service line. one of them for example has 5 Qty with value 1000.
after that, i will create service entry sheet for 3 Qty of the 5 Qty and the value will be 1000 not changed however the service completeness is 70%.
so i need to invoice 70% of the 3 qty value and will remain 30% of the quantity to be invoiced later besides the 100% for the remaining 2 qty.
it is like creating billing plan for service entry sheet.
can anyone help me to solve this scenario.

You have workflow based on cost...so I assume it must be on planned cost.
You can do one thing - while releasing the order - copy planned cost to estimated costs. (This can be done using an userexit. In SAP 6.0 EHP 5 and above, there is a direct option to copy).
After order is released, estimated cost(on order header) gets freezed. If the user changes any component or any adds any material - then planned cost will get updated, but estimated cost remain same.
You can trigger a workflow whenever order status is REL and planned cost is more than estimated costs so that the concerned person will get message on overbudget.
You can also do this with user status as well.

Dear all,
I have this kind of problem.
In my scenario I have one host that is hosting two databases (one standard installation of MSSQLSERVER and one named instance host\PRD).
Both of them has one daabase engine and one analisys service.
Then I have two other host
1) where I have installed the development server BPC pointing to HOST\PRD
3) where I have installed the production server BPC pointing to MSSQLSERVER
both of them did not give any error during the installation.
The database has been correctly created on both instances
I have this kind of error for the BCP development
IIS --> CANNOT GET SAP VIRTUAL DIRECTORY OBJECT
and this kind of error for the BPC production
WEB SERVICE EXTENSION --> Currently ASP.NET v.4.0.30319: Prohibited <-- ERROR.
I have installed and deinstalled several times but still have the same issue.
I have tried even this
delete all
reinstall BPC develpment using the database MSSQLSERVER and then the issue one is gone but I have the issue two.
Any suggestion?

I have a simple ztable with a One Step Maintenance Screen.
I have some validation code in the TMG of the ZTABLE in EVENT 01 (before save). Here is a snippet:

The message is fine, and creates a popup style error, at the entry screen to SM30 (it leaves the screen of data entry in SM30).
Whether I have the command LEAVE SCREEN in there or not (see above). It basically operates the same. The user is kicked out of data entry.
What I'd like to do is have my error message shown at the bottom and NOT have the user kicked out the SM30 New Entries screen.
How do I need to adjust my error messaging? I've looked for awhile on this, and can't find anything suitable

If you are good with displaying month number in the chart, follow Ashutosh's idea.
For some reason, if you don't want to display month number or if you really want to convert the month text to actual month follow the below steps(And as a added benefit you can get rid of the dummy excel file where you had month names )

Quería tener su apreciación sobre lo siguiente: tengo un cliente que maneja números de lotes. Al momento del conteo de inventario mensual nos percatamos que en el artículos X hay 60 en cantidad total pero antes del conteo en el Lote A hay 20 y en Lote B hay 40 y habria que corregir las cantidad por lotes porque en el conteo físico arrojo que en el Lote A debe haber 10 y en Lote B debe haber 50. Si utilizo la funcionalidad de SAP de conteo por Lotes estos movimientos no me lo permite.
Estaba pensando en ajustes de entradas y salidas de inventarios pero es tedioso para el cliente hacer la plantilla y cargarla
Si a ustedes les ha pasado, han podido solventarlo de una forma mas practica.

Have you tried posting the document through F-02 manually using the exact same data as you are passing to the BAPI? If it gets posted successfully, then we might need to tear apart the code and find the issue. If it does not get posted and you get the same error, then it is a data related issue that needs to be handled by your functional. Please try manually and respond with the results.

You probably have required field(s) in the tabs you want to merge which will cause a problem in tab merging.
