In my experience it is usually a check and see type of thing - you can open up the UI Designer from the Administration menu of the SDK and then look at Configuration Explorer:

Folder: Repository Content --> SAP_BYD_APPLICATION_UI --> area --> sub area

For example if you want to find the view all screen for CustomerInvoiceRequest - area would be crm; sub area would be cinv; and the ViewAll screens would be under CustomerInvoiceRequestOIF

OWL screens represent the overview screen you normally get when you first go into an work centre view screen.

QAF and FS would the other two types of screen you might want to modify

In a database table, status flags are traditionally represented as character "X" which resembles a checkmark. I guess that is the origin of ABAP bools.

See my previous response to tickets. You can use the approach of creating extension fields and workflow field update rules and to capture the right datetime fields you need so you can create duration key figures to measure service level performance on tasks.

Faxing MSDS via Reprt Shipping batch jobs

Hello guru's,

 

I am new to EHS and have a question about faxing MSDS's via report shipping automatically. We have the jobs running and the outputs are getting generated correctly for email, print and fax, but for the fax outputs when I look at SOST the recipient which should show the country code and then fax number shows the customer name instead.

 

Although we don't have a lot of fax records and are moving to email I would still like to understand why it would not use the fax number maintained on  the SR or ship to party?

 

Any ideas where to look?

Hi Luis,

 

I've had to do this for French.  It involves a series of 3 functions I created in the report.  Each function translates the different parts of the number to French: Digits, Tens and Hundreds.

 

I have a sample report I attached.  It uses the Xtreme database and is saved with data so you should be able to see the report without connecting to the data.

 

It took a while but it works nicely.  After you unzip it, rename the extension from .txt to .rpt.

Cancel MF60 requierments affecting TO's and LT15

Hi everybody,

 

 

We use MF60 to stage materials from our warehouse to the production site and this produces TO's. We have a FIFO policy in our warehouse. If everything is OK the system works great but if something went wrong (wrong quantities for example), it's difficult to reverse the TO's generated because of the FIFO policy.

 

 

Let me give you an example. If I have 10 pcs at a certain BIN and 2 where requiered by MF60, a new TO is generated trying to place these 2 pcs at the transfer BIN. If I cancel the MF60 movement, I can't put the 2 pcs back at the same BIN because of FIFO policy. What we are doing now is to move the 8 pcs to another site and add them to the other 2 and then move all together (10pcs) back to the original BIN which is now empty so FIFO let us do it.

 

 

I understand that LT15 is for cancelling unconfirmed TO's; I'd like to know if LT15 could help us with our FIFO problem when canceling MF60 requirements. Any help would be appreciated.

C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\Desktop

 

and

C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\Desktop

buenas tardes tengo algunos problemas con un costo cero.

 

me comentaron los de soporte de mi consultor de SAP que el costo mínimo es 0.0100 y es el que le puse en algunos componentes de MP (materia prima) ya que son componentes que  no nos cuestan ya que el cliente nos los esta dando, para producir sus productos. ya todos tienen 0.0100 pero sigue marcando el error de que algunos componentes no tienen precio cada ves que se da de alta y quieren liberan calidad.

 

y ahora en algunas piezas de PT me esta apareciendo el mismo mensaje al querer facturar no se si es por que el material con el que fue hecho tiene ese costo de 0.0100

 

cual seria el costo cero o como podría manejar esta situación del costo?

This is happening because the order contains components that are relevant for WM staging.

In this case, even if the transfer requirements are deleted, system cannot read the master data.

 

Please read carefully the following note and implement the report ZPSFC243B so that you can read the order master data after deleting the WM transfer requirements:

SmartForm: the field "LV_DATE" is unknown

Hi Form Experts,

 

I defined the Global definition for Global Data as below in the first image. I will output LV_DATE.  In Initialization tab, I assigned the specified date format value to LV_DATE in the second image, when I do the "Check", I keep getting the error

"the field "LV_DATE" is unknown, but there is field with similar name "LV_DAY""

 

I am not sure what is the problem here with the compiling error on Initialization? Can anyone give me some advice? thanks in advance.

Hi All,

 

I have tried with both the options, 1. ROOM_NO 2. room number. But SU01 data not updated after successful completion of access request.

 

Where as other fields are getting updated successfully like first name, last name.

 

I want to map room number(SU01) to Employee id ( LDAP)

 

Please advise.
