Hi Sapan

 

If I understand you correct, you are comfortable doing the allocation. All you want is the identify, as to where it came from

 

Two ways are possible..

 

Either you create Separate Value Fields for allocations from Dept, BU, NHQ and Common..

 

Or

 

Create One Extra Char, which you can populate as a Receiver in Assessment Cycle (Dept, BU, NHQ, Common)

 

I will prefer 2nd approach

As Avinash said session Id is required if your using SOAP adapter for Integration.

Hi Gowri,

 

BEFORE_ALERT_CREATION method is used to select your custom alert number instead of standart ones.

 

You should first check the local variables to understand what kind of tools you have.

 

There are few points you should be carefoul about:

 

- Mention your custom alert profile number. Do not replicate the custom alert number with the standard one. In your case you can say it like 7099.

- Ensure that all the steps executed in a detailed way and your custom alert is visible at Exceptions selections.

 

 

In addition to that, if you need any kind of tool including functions, tables ant etc, you can study the program /SCA/DUELISTALERTWRITE to find those details.

Crystal report not taking updated data, asking for parameter on refresh

Hi,

I created crystal report. Its working fine, but if new data is added to database (new sales bill for any customer) through form, then report dont show the newly added Sales bills of that particular customer, it shows old data. If i refresh the data then it asks for the parameters. I am sending 4 parameters to report namely custname, startdate, enddate, openingbalance. When report load for first time it takes all the parameters.

 

So please help me how i need to sort this out. Another thing is this option (/Design/Default Settings/Reporting/Discard Saved Data When Loading Reports) is not clicked . Still it is saving the data.

An entry in syslogshold means you have an active/enabled secondary trunc pt.

 

If you are not replicating out of a database then you do not want a $replication_truncation_point record showing up in syslogshold.  To remove the record you need to:

UI issue with List Tile View

Hi,

 

Am using SMP 3, am having an issue with the List Tile View. When the List tile view is empty the lines are getting truncated in the right side, mentioned in the image attached.

When the list tile view is populated with data, the lines are getting truncated in the left side, mentioned in the image attached.

This issue is there throughout the application when the width of List Tile View is more.

When checking the different steps in note 944221, I found a error when executing program FP_TEST_IA_01. Maybe is that the reason for not generating the pdf?

Dynamic Display of Measures

Hi All,

I would like to know how using the HANA Modelling (Analytic/Calculation view) if we can control the display of Measures based on the Characterstics that we select in the report output.

 

For e.g. Forecast is at Year level for a given Vendor..So when I have the report layout at Vendor level and not at any other fields like Period, I want the Forecast to be displayed...If I have any other level which is detailed at which the Forecast is not maintained, I want the Forecast measure to display zeros.

How To find The changes in an IDOC Type For a specific Message type

Hello Experts,

 

We need to check the last changes made to a IDOC structure as whole combination of message type and IDoc Type.

We are able to find the last changes done in FM related to our message type and the last changes done to our IDoc type independently.But these last changes done in both objects are done at different date and by different user. Is there any way we can find the changes done in our IDoc type for a specific message type?

Adding smart fields and smart group elements in a SMART FORM in SAP UI5

Dear All,

 

I am facing an issue with smart for.

 

Following are my requirement:

 

  • Need to add a smart form inside a dialog box.
  • The smart form should have properties like smartform group,smartfield,group elements.

 

But I am getting an error(PFA the error screenshot).

 

The application runs fine (smartform gets rendered)if I remove the smartfield and the group elements.

Once the smartField or the Group Elements are added, the app shows the error.

 

The error is"Uncaught TypeError: G.setHorizontalLayoutGroupElementMinWidth is not a function" .

 

 

PFA the screenshot of my XMl code too.

 

Please give some valuable suggestions on this.

Replication Issues of MDG FI Objects

Hello Experts,

 

I have done the replication setup for all MDG FI objects in a STANDALONE System which is working fine in MDG 7.0.

All my CCTR/PCTR/CELEM are getting replicated in ECC system after completing hte approvals from MDG along with their respective assignment to Groups & Hierarchies.

 

But facing an issue in replication of 2 scenarios:

Scenario 1:

  1. Created CCTR in MDG. After complete Approval the Data is getting replicated in the ECC of the same system.The hierarchy Area field is getting updated with the topmost(Say H1)  assigned hierarchy which is assigned to the respective Controlling area.
  2. Created the Blank request for assignment of the replicated CCTR.Assigned the activated CCTR below group (G1) of topmost Hierarchy H1.Saved the data.Completed the approvals.Now the whole assignment updated in ECC & I can see my CCTR under the Group (G1) of the Hierarchy (H1) in OKEON T-code. But the issue is when I open this CCTR in KS03 T-code , the Hierarchy area is not getting updated to the selected to Group. It is still showing the old topmost Hierarchy. Any Idea why in the transaction level of CCTR,why this is not updating?

 

Scenario 2:

  1. The deleted Cost center is not getting replicated in ECC after the complete approval of the Change Request. I am simply searching the active CCTR , opening it to click on DELETE button to delete the CCTR & completing the approval process. The flag is getting updated in MDG after completing the process but the same is not showing in the ECC.Any Idea why this replication of deletion of CCTR is not updating in ECC?

Hi Yasser,

 

Currently, that option doesn't exist to show all three (Labels, Percents, and Values). You'll have to compromise with 2 of them, Labels and Percent. Or, the workaround will be to have 2 charts on top of each other and show Label & Percent in one chart (place it in the background and in the 2nd chart, display the label and make everything it in white and/transparent except for the label.

 

I'll update this with a link you can refer to, in a few mins.

Webi Rich Client 3.1 and 4.1 won't start

I have installed Webi client tools - both 3.1 SP3 and 4.1 SP5 (side by side installation) on a Windows 8 laptop, Lenovo. I tested them, worked OK and then both Rich Client stopped working. They won't start - nothing appears in the task manager. Both are added to the list of allowed programs in Norton Internet Security. Windows Firewall is controlled by Norton. I have tried other tools, e.g. Universe Design Tool - works just fine.

 

Yes, I have tried rebooting.

 

Any suggestions? I've also got Spybot. It doesn't seem to be blocking anything.

 

Update:

 

I tried reinstall just the rich client. It worked for 3.1 but not for 4.1. Clicking on the program shortcut (valid) produces nothing.

Unfortunately it remains unclear.

You are talking about inbound delivery. Is this a stock transfer process where the material is coming from another plant? if yes, what is your batch level? (plant, material or client level)

 

You said " the system was prompting an error message that enter bach"

What do you expect actually? Shall the system post to an existing batch, shall it create a new batch automatically? Again important to know, is it a stock transfer?

 

A delivery has also fields for manufacturing date and shelf life date (LIPS-HSDAT and LIPS-VFDAT). What are the values in those fields?
