Going by the error, there is a duplicated operation number.
I have not edited any number ranges or operations. We just finished with the latest hotpacks and last week we entered a new HR patch, but I wouldn't think that would affect PM.

Procedure
For inconsistent order data, the order number is given. For inconsistent routings, the plan number is given.
Inconsistent order data
The order number and master data explosion date is given. Examine the order in the order information system in the object overview, and display all objects. You might be able to see the duplicate objects here. Try and find out the origins of the duplicate entries, then contact SAP to resolve the inconsistency.
Inconsistent routing
The plan type, plan number, plan alternative, and explosion date are given. Correct the routing and perform a check for the routing. If there are inconsistent relationships (object R), generate these again in the recipe and make sure that they are not recursive.

Do you mean that after those actions you listed my solution started to work on B1 x64? You said you "updated [my] sapbouicom reference to the 64bit version". How did you do that? I think that only one SAPbouiCOM is available in the COM tab of the "Add reference" window, and the exact version is chosen at run-time depending on whether the B1 client is x64 or x86.

I can only provide you an overview about the topic.
regarding: Do we need to be good at every module or any two modules is ok to get in to the market ( Ex: IHS & Dangerous Goods)
The career of an EHS consultant / developer etc. normally starts with set up of SAP EHS BD, SAP EHS SAF and SAP EHS DGP. Therefore at least here you need to know the topic very well as these modules are the "basic" ones (and e.g. SVT, Waste, IH etc. is based on this set up / knowledge)
Based on needs other topics are added step by step (e.g. Label Management etc.). Actually many companies are installing "Component Extenstion for SAP EHS Management" which can not be compared to the old solution.
In the world there are enough job opportunities to start with EHS. If you execute a survey in this FORUM some "basics" are really needed. One of these is e.g. handling of WWI as mentioned by you as well. Some others are related to SDS/MSDS distribution and Damngerous Goods topic. By using "google" or similar internet query machines you will find enough job opportunities of any kind in the area of EHS.

No Database when logon with Windows Account
Hi All,
I have just upgraded a system from 8.82 PL06 to V9 PL08. The upgrade went fine without any issues. SLD is configured and all the databases are visible.
However, when you start B1 on the login screen the 'Logon with Windows Account' is inactive. If SLD is disabled the databases appear.
Any idea as to why this option is inactive?

Despues abres tu archivo .SPP y ahí debes de seleccionar el archivo que te dice el tiempo de creación del archivo con el campo de CreateTS, de esa manera ya ningun archivo sera igual a otro, ya que va a incluir los segundos de su creación.

Instant Messaging Application goes into endless loading screen mode
Dear All,
I have enabled instant messaging in SAP portal 7.4 SP4. I have performed the below steps to get it started:
1) Activated RTC_ApplicationSharing and WebEx_WebExMeetingCenter services in Service registry under Synchronous Collaboration Services.
2) Enable Real-Time Collaboration properties in Framework Page.
3) enabled Collaboration show link in Masthead iview.
When clicking on send instant message to a recipient that chat window opens but within a second goes into a endless loading screen mode. Kindly find the screenshots for the same for better understanding.
Opening the webdynpro Java application also shows the same behavior.
Kindly help.
