Print Voucher Add on is disconnected.

Hello everyone,

My customer is using Print Voucher Addon to print Journal Voucher in SAP B1. When a user logs on SAP, Addon Status is connected but after press Print Journal Voucher the Addon Status is disconnected and SBO system message is shown:

- Restart Add on

- Log off the current company

- Continue working without this AddOn

However, in the same desktop, manager user is run normally. I have already checked permission of this user, Authorization is full and Addon authorization is default. I don't know what the error is. Could you help me? Thanks you very much.
