Your colleagues has used his trial account and you're using yours?
Have you both connected your backend system to your account using the Cloud Connector?

Re: MATDOC table not available
MATDOC must be there if the S/4HANA On Premise system is 1511 version, it is not there in 1503 or Simple Finance.
Checking the version is simple - just goto System Status from menu and check Installed Software.
If its 1511 then it should show S4CORE 100 under Installed Software Component Version and Installed Product Version as 1511.
If its Simple Finance system then it would show SAP_APPL 617 instead of S4CORE 100.

the dump you are receiving is because method SET_USER_ID of class CL_CFX_USER is raising an exception (CX_CFX_OBJECT_NOT_EXISTING).
1.- Could you please go to se24 with the above information and do a check? what happens then?
2.- set a break-point before line 134 of the above class and method and execute again to see what is going on. Why is the exception raised?
The notes i pointed make reference to that method (check the correction instructions of 1766551)

I'm new to SAP and VBA. I'm currently on a project in which I need to print (generate pdf doc) via CutePDF Writer. I'm able to select Print option in SAP (via script recorder) however after that I received two windows one to select printer and after selecting OK from this window it will ask to select path to Save.
How I should control both these window and select correct options ?

BODS DataFlow Received bad System Message while BAPI CAll
Hi Experts,
BODS Data Flow Received bad System Message and died abnormally while calling SAP ECC BAPI Functional module. (BAPI for Mass Material Maintenance eg BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEREPLICA)
Please note that, This error occurring every time only when I map User defined segment in BAPI (eg MARA and MARC User defined Z Segment), if I remove those mappings then Data Flow completing successfully.
Beauty of this error is sometime Dataflow is completing successfully even with ZSEGMENT Mapping, so here I am completely confused why some time working fine and other time it is failing.
Here I have Attached Error Message and ZSegment Mapping for your reference.
Could you please provide your suggestion for solution or how to find the root cause for this issue.[/b]
BODS version is : 4.2 SP5
Please note that I am testing with sample of 5 records and in some time getting Access Violation Error too.

Thanks Andrew.
Let me see if I understood. Your agents are assigned to one Org Unit (Contact Center). Some of them must also have visibility to tickets in another Org Unit (Confidential). The problem is that when an agent takes over a Confidential ticket, the org of the ticket is updated (to stay aligned with the Agent) and the ticket becomes visible to all agents in Contact Center.
There are two ways that come to mind to resolve this issue:
- Assign the agents that should be able to see Confidential tickets to the Confidential org unit, and configure their access restrictions so that they can see also tickets in Contact Center (while all other users are assigned to Contact Center and can only see those tickets).
- Switch to Territory routing, where you can have all agents cover the "Contact Center" territory but only a few cover also the "Confidential" territory (additional flexibility of using territories is that an employee can be assigned to more than one). Of course you also need to switch to Territory-based access restrictions. All employees can then be in the Contact Center org uni, but that won'y have any impact on visibility.
